Up Up And Away Went Doggie

It looks like weird is once again gracing this bloggers site.  Check this one out.  In an unusual homage to the movie UP!, maybe, a man in Delhi attempted to use balloons to float his dog up into the air. It worked but it was not a smart idea.  The dog did rise struck the apartment building he was near and was rescued by a woman whose apartment balcony the dog, Dollar, hit.

Gurav Sharma, 32 is facing the consequences of his action, arrested and charged with animal cruelty after the video and witnesses filed reports of the stunt to police.  The video has been taken off Sharma's YouTube account he posted bail and apologized for this not so uplifting stunt.  The dog, Dollar is ok but probably does not want to be near any balloons, can you blame him.
